Return Policy

At Spotted By Humphrey, we stand by each product that we sell. We work closely with the designers and makers to ensure a high level of quality control. Each item we receive is carefully inspected for any functional defects before they are put into our warehouse. We are committed to bringing you only the highest quality products.

We also do our best to communicate any potential confusion in the product descriptions. They are constantly updated based on feedback from our customers. Please read through them carefully, and measure your dog before making your purchase decision.




Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving of your order. 
Refunds to store credit are free! Your pre-paid return label is on us.
For refunds to the original form of payment, $5 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping & handling.
Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable. 


Follow the link above to start a return. Spotted By Humphrey is unable to create return labels for orders outside of the United States. Please ship with your preferred shipping method. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, and insurance is suggested. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.


Return Policy:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving of your order. 
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition - new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition.
  • Please make sure all pet and human hair is removed and the item is clean. We will not honor returns with pet or human hair, without exception. 
  • All tags must be attached and the item in its original packaging, if applicable.
  • Please do not send back items that have been used or worn, as we are not able to issue a refund or credit for such items. We are not responsible for shipping back items that do not meet our return standards as noted in this Policy.
  • Only regular priced items may be returned; unfortunately, sale and last call items are final sale. Furthermore, we are unable to accept returns on any food/treats, beds and grooming products.
  • Exchanges are not automated at this time. Please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
