How do I sign up?
Joining is easy! Look for the "Earn Rewards" button at the bottom of your screen while browsing our site. Just click the Create An Account button to get started. Once you're registered with our store, you'll have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways we currently offer to earn Sticks!
Can I create multiple accounts?
We currently offer 100 Sticks just for signing up, which you can instantly redeem for an exclusive discount of $5! You are more than welcome to take advantage of this gift card towards your first purchase, but you may not take advantage of our loyalty program by creating multiple accounts for yourself. Not that you’d do that anyway… Plus, the rewards get better as you collect more, so you're actually better off to maintain one account.
How do I redeem/trade my Sticks for rewards?
Once you're logged into your account through the "Earn Rewards" button at the bottom of the screen, visit the "Get Rewards" tab to view your reward options and click the "Redeem" button to redeem your reward.
Can I use all my discounts at once?
Sorry, we can only accommodate one discount code per order.
How do I check my Sticks balance?
Once you're logged into your account through the "Earn Rewards" button at the bottom of the screen, your balance will appear at the top left corner of the pop-up window.
How long will it take for Sticks to be added to my account once I complete an activity?
You should receive Sticks in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!
Do my Sticks expire?
Nope! Your Sticks will never expire.
Fine print?
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or end the Stick Trade loyalty program at any time. Sticks earned before we modify/pause/end will be valid as usual, and Sticks do not expire.
